Eli is a grounded spiritual teacher, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic massage therapist and ritualist who holds space through nature immersion, men’s work, and elemental teachings. His calm presence anchors the retreat in Earth wisdom, simplicity, and strength.

WHAT IS SACRED ALCHEMY?
We believe that our disconnection from the Earth is rooted in our disconnection from ourselves.
When we return to our bodies and allow ourselves to feel our emotions, honor our spirit, and remember our natural rhythm, we begin to live in harmony once more. As we heal within, we ripple healing outward. Personal alignment becomes planetary wellness.
Alchemy is the sacred process of inner transformation, traditionally defined as turning lead into gold. In this retreat, we will use breathwork, ritual, and elemental ceremony to dive into the shadows we’ve carried... and transmute them into wisdom, power, and purpose.
Each day we will journey with one of the elements- Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether- not just in nature, but within ourselves.
As we deepen our connection to the elements, we deepen our connection to the whole: the earth, the body, the Divine.

Each day, we journey with one of the five elements, inviting it into our bodies, our breath, and our awareness. These elemental gateways guide us through our personal transformation, helping us remember our true nature.
This elemental arc mirrors the alchemical journey we will be moving through the week.
Day 1: Earth Element

Private Accommodations: Rooms & Cabins.
Private Rooms: Located within our main retreat buildings, these private rooms provide comfort and connection.
While fully private, they are housed in shared structures with other rooms, offering a balance of seclusion and community presence.
