How to Prepare:
1. Create your sacred space.
Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for at least 90 minutes.
Light a candle. Dim the lights. Use an eye mask. Bring your journal.
2. Arrive with an open body, heart and mind.
Avoid a heavy meal beforehand — this breathwork is activating, clarifying, and deeply somatic. Let your body be available for the medicine of your breath.
3. Bring an intention or simply bring your whole self.
Come exactly as you are: All versions of you are welcome in this temple.
Prepare to move energy, receive clarity, and rise into a higher frequency to begin your week aligned.
