The live monthly classes are 2 hours long via zoom and replays will be uploaded to the portal. 

The 30 days of breathwork journeys uploaded to the portal are 30 minute guided classes of breathwrok, somatic & embodiment practices, guided meditations, yogic principles, and tools & resources for your highest alignment.
